Additional Charges
Travel Fee
$1 / Km
For clients booking sessions outside of Oshawa, a travel fee will apply to cover expenses associated with travel time and distance. Our aim is to ensure your experience is seamless and convenient, regardless of the location of your session.
- Local Sessions (Within 15 km of Oshawa):
Local sessions, within a 15 km radius of Oshawa, are included in the initial package price. There are no additional travel fees for sessions within this distance.
- Travel Fee Beyond 15 km:
For sessions taking place further than 15 km from Oshawa, a travel fee of $1 per kilometer traveled will be applied. This fee helps cover the cost of transportation and ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service to clients across different locations.
Example Calculation:
If your session location is 20 km from Oshawa, the travel fee would be $1 per kilometer for the additional 5 km, totaling $5 in travel fees.
Extra Editing Fee
$20 / Photo
For additional photo editing, the standard fee is $20 per image. This fee covers basic editing tasks such as color correction, cropping, exposure adjustments, and minor retouching.
Please note the following:
- Minimum Charge: There is a minimum charge of $20 per photo editing request, regardless of the complexity of the edits required.
- Additional Services: Any additional editing beyond the standard tasks mentioned above may incur extra charges. These additional services include advanced retouching, background removal, object removal, etc. The pricing for such services will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
- Bulk Discounts: I offer discounts for bulk editing orders.
- 1-5 photos: $20 / photo
- 6-10 photos: $15 / photo
- 11-20 photos: $12.5 / photo
- 20+ photos: $10 / photo
Studio Booking Fee
$20 / Booking
This fee is optional – You can save this extra charge by booking yourself.
Let’s assume the studio fee is $113 per hour:
Total Cost with Studio Fee and Additional Service:
- Photography package: $300
- Studio Booking Fee: $20
- Studio Fee: $113
Total Cost: $300 (Package Fee) + $20 (Studio Booking Fee) + $113 (Studio Fee) = $433
This total cost includes the package fee, the additional service fee for reserving the spot, and the studio fee for the specified duration.
Please note that the studio fee may vary depending on the room chosen and the duration of the session.
